We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to make it right.
To request a replacement, you must:
• Contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery
• Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s), including packaging
• Include your order number in your message
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Resolution Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
We do not issue refunds for damaged items. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement only.
Shipping Issues
Wynter’s Bliss is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
